STRIV=E Training Pam Schuck is the Founder and President of STRIV=E Training, an organization aimed at motivating clients to focus on building a culture of service excellence, no matter the sizes of their business, that gives them THE competitive edge. Using more than 25 years of customer service management experience, Pam works with frontline employees through management to help clients build their service culture. Pam works with her clients in improving their perception of who their customer is, key customer expectations, and helping them adapt to the rapidly changing marketplace and changing customer expectations.
Pams previous experience in elementary education, retail sales, customer service with a Fortune 100 company, senior manager of a national trade association, and customer relations management for a national distributor has given her a unique perspective into this critical component of any successful business. She brings a broad based knowledge that is applicable to any business and a great sense of humor and storytelling skills to her inter-active sessions.
Pams client list includes colleges and universities, retail business, manufacturers, various small and medium businesses, distributors, health care organizations, and national and state associations.
