Text Box: Change is not an optional event. Change is something we need, although we most
often do not like it. Change causes disruption, excitement, distress, and sometimes crisis. It brings uncertainty and transition, but without change we limit ourselves. Change is NOT a choice – it happens. How should we think of and define change? Most of us naturally resist change, yet to survive today, we must be able to expand our knowledge, fine tune our skills, and manage our jobs and lives more effectively.
