If you use...
Internet Explorer, it is likely clicking the video will launch Media Player and the video will play.

Netscape, you may get a choice of "Save it" or "Open it", choose "Open it". If Netscape will only allow saving it, and you have a fast connection, that isn't a big deal. As an alternative, you may wish to view it this way instead:
     1) Open Windows Media Player on your PC.
     2) Choose File -> Open URL... Insert this URL:

     3) Click "OK".
